Refund Policy

At Artist4Artist, we offer an easy and hassle-free return policy for all our products. We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee for orders made via the Artist4Artist Official Website, www.artist4artist.com.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Change of Mind or Incorrect Fit: If the product does not fit well or if you wish to return it due to a change of mind, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange or a refund via this link: https://artist4artist.com/apps/return_prime.
    Please note that the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging intact.

  2. Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Product: If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong product, size, or color, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team via email at enquiries@a4artists.com. You must contact us within 14 days from the delivery date. Any requests made after this period may not be entertained.

  3. Non-returnable Products:
    Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted for the following products:

    • All Women Innerwears, including Women Lounge Wear (Except The Wire-Free Bra)

    • All Towels

    • All Men Innerwears, including Men Everyday Boxers

    • All Face Masks

    • All Socks

    • Free Gifts

    If your order includes a free gift, it must be returned with the full order if you're seeking a refund. Missing free gifts will be deducted from your refund amount. Free gifts are not eligible for exchange or return.

  4. Exchange Policy:
    Exchanges are available for size or color of the same product style only. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. If the preferred size is out of stock, you may exchange it for another available color or request a refund.

Return Process:

  1. You are responsible for the return postage when exchanging or returning an item. The return postage fee depends on the courier service you choose.

  2. All products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags still attached.

  3. Approval for return must be obtained by sending a request via the link: https://artist4artist.com/apps/return_prime.

  4. After approval, we will send you the return address via email.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method. The expected time for refund processing is as follows:

  • Credit Card: 7-21 working days

  • FPX Online Bank Transfer: 7-21 working days

  • E-Wallet: 7-21 working days

  • International Shipping Refunds: Refunds for international orders will only be issued to the credit card used to place the order.

Please ensure that your refund details are accurate and complete to avoid delays. Refund processing may take up to 21 working days after we receive your returned product.

Important Notes:

  • Damaged Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper care, accidents, or negligence.

  • Product Condition: Returned products must not show signs of excessive wear, stains, wrinkles, or smells (including cigarette/perfume).

  • Lost or Damaged Returns: If your return shipment is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility to resolve the issue with the courier service provider, provided no tracking is available.

Colors and Measurements:

  • Colors: We make every effort to accurately display the colors of our products. However, the color displayed on your device may vary from the actual product depending on your screen settings.

  • Measurements: The product measurements on Artist4Artist are approximate. A variance of up to 5% is acceptable under our manufacturing criteria.
